Garrett Mclaughlin is a Running Coach, Licensed Athletic Trainer, and Personal Trainer. He works with runners and the general population by taking a function-based approach to improve health, performance, and longevity. This includes running analysis & coaching, injury prevention, and soft-tissue manual therapy.
