I am a Licensed Athletic Trainer and Running Coach specializing in strength training/injury prevention, endurance training, & sports injury rehabilitation. After years working in collegiate athletics, I decided to work for myself with the mission to provide runners and the general population a more comprehensive and holistic healthcare & fitness model. In my free time you’ll find me exploring the midwest, fly fishing, and staying active.
