Building Better Bones (Virtual Workshop)

  • Garrett McLaughlin 2211 East Capitol Drive Shorewood, WI, 53211 United States (map)

Preventing the decline of bone mineral density is important as we age, especially for endurance athletes due to the repetitive, high load demands of running. Runners in particular are more likely to suffer from bone stress injuries when training load exceeds the bone’s ability to adapt and remodel.

Whether it's poor bone strength, too much training, or improper fueling, we need to do a better job prioritizing bone health to prevent injury and maximize performance without setbacks.

In this FREE 30-minute virtual learn-by-doing workshop, I'll cover the specific bone building exercises I use with my clients to recover from bone stress injuries and/or improve bone density. This includes…

  • Key principles which should guide your training

  • 4 exercises to improve bone strength & resilience to injury

  • Q&A

Since this is a learn-by-doing session, you have the opportunity to participate throughout the workshop and try the movements out for yourself. Or you can simply sit back in the shadows to consume the information to apply on your own. Regardless, we look forward to you joining us on Thursday, June 15th at 7:30pm ET/6:30pm CT.
