In 2017, Garrett created the Healthy Running Program to help runners improve performance, while taking into consideration the unique demands of the sport and reducing the risk of injury. This has evolved into very unique offerings which blend the sports medicine and strength & conditioning fields to provide a research-based and individualized approach to running performance training.
It doesn’t matter whether you are a seasoned runner preparing for the Boston Marathon or attempting your first 5k. The Healthy Running Program is designed to meet you where you are in order to create the foundation necessary to run on your terms.
