Are you looking for a motivated group of runners and triathletes to help push yourself to new limits?
The Group Functional Strength & Mobility program is designed for local runners and triathletes to supplement their sport training with structured performance and injury prevention strategies. This program runs every Monday & Thursday night at 6:30pm, and includes:
- Mobility & movement preparation
- Locomotion drills
- Jumping & landing (injury prevention)
- Power development
- Multiplanar resistance training
- Cardiorespiratory conditioning
- AND much more!
The great thing about this program is that every participant works to their comfort level with simple to implement modifications based upon previous injury, training mileage, and exercise ability level. It is NOT a group exercise class. Our goal is individualize anywhere possible, so you see improvements that ultimately translate over to your sport.
