For the 3rd week in a row we have the hip, but more specifically the hamstrings. How often do you “feel” tightness in the hamstrings? Many people tell me this on a daily basis and after testing them it’s obvious that tightness can either be a subjective feeling that equates to stiffness, or actual restriction/shortening in the muscles. This video will help you determine that. Once, and only once, we figure out the correct problem, can we provide the appropriate solution.
